店主小哥很開朗健談，留下良好印象。酒店地理位置好，很方便導航。房間衞生乾淨無異味，毛巾很舒適。雖無早餐服務但有免費咖啡熱水提供，公共區域還有微波爐可以使用，總體感覺不錯。唯一不足是床品是床單加毛毯，舒適度偏低。

I love the Budget Host Crestview Inn and have stayed there whenever I go to the Soo. This has been an ideal place to stay because it's close to downtown and it's affordable. The problem is that the place is really showing its age now (and I would have described it as old a decade ago). It's clean and the beds are decently comfortable, but it's so old and they desperately need to upgrade appliances. The air conditioner/heater was squeaky in a way that suggests it's on its last leg and we couldn't even run it because of the high pitched noise it made. It got really humid in the room but I'm glad it wasn't winter because that would have been more challenging to deal with. The plug on the mini fridge was missing part of the outer casing so you could see the wires inside. I think this might have been my last time staying here until they start doing upgrades.

The AC worked, but only on high, so it was pretty loud. Actually did sleep well with the loud drone of the AC though. The mattress was not great. Check out staff was great and the room was clean and tidy.

It was a basic room with window AC. AC fan was very loud. It was a little on the small side. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for a night then this would be fine but if you are looking to stay somewhere for a vacation and more than couple
of days then you might want to find something bigger with more room and something nicer. I would give it 4 stars but it had a strong musty smell in the room, especially with the heat on, and it gave me a headache.
