When I arrived at the hotel, no one was there (about 5PM in the afternoon), the doors were closed and no one answered the phone. After 1 hour in front of the hotel I gave up and made a reservation at another hotel. They still charged my credit card and did not respond to my mail regarding a refund.

Ondanks onze reservering en de mededeling dat de receptie van 17:00-20:00 geopend zou zijn. bleek de voordeur en de receptie gesloten. Na anderhalf uur wachten hevbben we een ander hotel moeten zoeken. Nooit meer dus! Despite our reservation and the announcement that the reception would be open from 17:00-20:00, it turned out that the front door and the reception were closed. After an hour and a half of waiting, we had to look for another hotel. Never again!

After 430km driving from Paris to Romiremont and after having a beautyfull dinner with friends in the city center, this hotel which was a hundred meters from my friends house was perfect for my tired body.after a hot shower i slept like a baby. Thank you

Motorcycling in France so not seeking the usual type of accommodation i would have for a break with my wife- and didn’t get it. Clean and generally acceptable room and had good sleep as bed comfortable. Acceptable transit location for a night or so. Breakfast probably worth avoiding as better options in the town nearby.

keep away from this hotel, noisy, dirty and breakfast is not at all continental.... I almost didn't sleep because the noise of the water in the radiator was too loud. I also thought that my upper neighbor might fall through the seeling....

Scandaleux, sale, télé qui ne fonctionne pas. Wifi d'une lenteur exaspérante. Au bout de 2 minutes dans la chambre qui n'a rien voir avec les photos, j'ai quitté l'établissement prévenant la dame de la réception. Réservation faite avec ********** et malgré la compréhension de la réceptionniste sur linstant, j'apprends le lendemain que je serai débité. En plus de l'insalubrité de l'établissement, il est tenu par des gens malhonnêtes. Cet hôtel ne mérite même pas la note de 1/5 FUYEZ!!!
