A Novotel on the French-Swiss border, it seems like there is nothing around it. It's okay to fly to Basel Airport and then transfer to France for a temporary stay. There's nothing else special about it.

Kamer is niet uitgerust met airco, enkel een ventilator aanwezig. Hiermee koel je de kamer niet.
Zeer warm op de kamer om te slapen. Dus niet uitgerust!!!
Sla dit hotel in de zomer zeker over .. niet boeken!!
Ook geen lift aanwezig in dit hotel, we moesten zelfs onze koffers naar boven sjouwen.
Zeker niet waar voor het bedrag wat wij moesten betalen. Dit hotel is geen 1 ster waard!
In het verleden hebben we bij andere novotels gelogeerd. Deze hadden allemaal een airco en lift met veel betere voorzieningen.
Aardig personeel, spreken niet heel goed Engels.
Bedden zijn schoon en fijn om op te liggen het zwembad is niet heel groot en ook niet zo warm.

No Airconditioning,
No room service.
Staff never picks call, always you have to go to reception.
No lift in hotel you have to carry your heavy bags on stairs. No support from staff.

Novotel? This hotel is not having criterias of Novotel at all. All hotel was lack of cleaning. And air condition ssystem has not even cooling itself. They have cheap vantilator machines in rooms because they know their air cooling system is not working properly. And poor breakfast service. I can say tthat was worst Novotel experience I had ever.

An unpleasant smell in toilet ,excellent breakfast ,clean big room with comfortable double bed and a not so warm réception!Overall a good impression of our stay in this hotel.Only some details to improve!
