The price is relatively low. Breakfast is super simple buffet. A baby cot can be added, and other beds cannot be added. The room and living room are very small. Although there is a sofa bed in the living room, there is almost no space for the living room after opening. There is a parking lot but there is an additional charge. The location of the hotel is also far from the river, about 20-30 minutes. Based on the above situation, I feel that the hotel's price/performance ratio is not high! I don't understand why there are so many praises...

The hotel is located next to Forsyth Park, no more than half an hour to the Savannah River. Whether it is the surrounding environment or the internal facilities, it is a very American hotel. It is quiet and distinctive, the service is warm, sitting on the balcony for breakfast, very comfortable.

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

We enjoyed the lovely historic property right in Savannah's historic district. The guesthouse was charming & offered a private courtyard, as well as on-site parking. The food at the 17Hundred90 Inn & Restaurant was fabulous too. A wonderful stay experience!

This hotel is located in the urban area and the rooms are small, but the health and service are okay. There is no free parking lot. You need Valet Parking, which means a black person will park the car for you every time. It costs $35 a day, which is expensive! Parking is convenient and you have to wait a while to pick up the car. I feel like free parking lots in the suburbs are more convenient to get in and out of. There are not many kinds of breakfast, just a few kinds, the sausage is quite delicious.

We booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

Beautiful well decorated place. Lovely to have water and coffee available. Very nice to have wine and cheese platters HOWEVER, we arrived at 6:35, checked in 6:38 and we were unable to get the wine or cheese. It was literally being packed away as we were checking in. It was so disappointing that they could not salvage a couple of glasses for us. Nice to be able to walk to the river and purchase our drinks.

Staff were exceptional--everyone from front desk staff to the bartender and breakfast staff. All very nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and had what we needed. They don't have a gym on site but have a relationship with a local gym for hotel guests (if that matters to you). We were able to walk into the downtown area and felt safe doing so (about .5 miles from our hotel) but they also offer a shuttle with a very lovely driver who took great care of us! I would recommend this hotel if staying in Savannah.

The hotel is located on the edge of the historic district, so it is a quick 10-15 minute walk to either River Street or even Forsyth Park. Even the standard suites are larger than most other similar properties. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were above average. All employees from the front desk to the breakfast servers and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rated lower in the facility category as the outside landscaping by the sidewalks was **** filled and over grown. This really detracted from the exterior appearance. The fitness was large and has a good amount of cardio equipment but only had one, torn workout bench, no area/mats for core work and the hand weights were missing all 20lb and 25lb pairs. There should be other strength training options. The breakfast food options were presented in an attractive manner with good over all quality.

SSuifeng656390824The hotel in the old house, the decoration style is not too love, the most like its restaurant and reception area, we booked the Chatham Earl Suite is also super stylish, the Chinese vases and Chinese paintings inside are flattering Chinese guests like us, is to carry the suitcase to climb the second floor. Although there is no meal, the hostess still provided us with a simple and nutritious breakfast, and the handsome waiter was super good. The feeling of a five-star hotel is that the cleanliness is still worse than the star hotel in terms of norms and standards. There are stains on the sheets and itchy skin when sleeping. Booked a city sightseeing bus, the hotel called the shuttle bus to send to the departure station. Next to it is St. John's Church, architectural aesthetics + painted art, beautiful.

However, the elevators were noticeably unclean, and there was no drinking water fountain available. The beverage vending machine was out of order or empty throughout my stay. Despite these inconveniences, the prime position and generous room size balanced the experience.

SSuifeng656390824Better than domestic Samsung, the bedding towels are white and clean, you can ask for them at any time, that is, there is no room service after 10 o'clock, you have to throw the garbage out and change the garbage bag. Dirty towels should also be placed in the linen basket at the door, and go back to the lobby to get the towels at night. Hot coffee in the lobby has been provided free of charge, disposable paper cups, and the quality is very good. The lobby bar is enough to sit and enjoy and watch pedestrians passing by outside. Free breakfast is also ok. There are eggs and bacon, bread, coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal. Nutrition is enough. It was the young lady at the front desk who mischarged us on the day of check-in, and it was lifted after five days. We stayed for three days and came back every day if we didn't get the card to the front desk to update it, we couldn't open the door. The room is a bit narrow and cramped, especially if you bring the kitchen, it is even narrower. The bathroom has a smell of sewers, which is almost the same as the domestic Samsung. In addition, the room rate booked through Trip.com was more than 2,000 per day, and I continued to live for one day. I called the hotel directly. The price was less than 1400. Yuan can say that Savannah is worthy of the top leisure city, air tickets and hotel prices are too high.

PPINGThere is a parking lot opposite, but the charge is not cheap. I lived in a sofa bed, the service staff was very kind and very safe. After 11 o'clock in the evening, the door was closed and the card was checked in. There was a black brother on duty at the door. The bed is very comfortable and very high. It is very high. I use it.
