Excellent hotel close to Ranthambore park to view the tigers.

The hotel infrastructure is terrific. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The SPA, the breakfast and the rooms were the highest points during our stay. If you come to India you definitely must come to the Six Senses at Fort Barwara. Worths the experience.

The fort is absolutely stunning. It is so much bigger than I expected too, and you will not get bored just wandering around and taking it all in. The staff, service and hospitality is incredible. I hold IHG Ambassador status, and they were so kind to accommodate me with early check in, late checkout and a fantastic room upgrade. They just take care of you so well here. My GEM, Abhishek, was able to help plan multiple activities for me even though I was only here for 1 night. He made himself a point of contact for me the entire stay, and he was brilliant throughout. I also want to give a shoutout to Amit, who was working at the restaurant. This guy was an absolute legend, he really went above and beyond. He held a really interesting smoothie making class, and he also got me some custom made dishes at dinner - the food was so delicious. Anisha served my breakfast this morning and she was very helpful and friendly to speak to. All the staff are just so friendly, some of their names I have forgotten unfortunately! I’m so grateful for the service I have been given here and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Absolutely gem of a place, perfection in everything the vibe, cleanliness, services, food& activities. Must visit place. Every detail was full of mindfulness and care. This place offers unmatched comfort and breathtaking hill views, perfect for embracing the slow pace of life. Loved the swimming area so much, complete retreat The property's focus on sustainability is truly inspiring. From locally sourced ingredients and eco-friendly practices woven into every experience, to finer details like refillable glass water bottles and sustainable tea/coffee setups and organic toiletries. Very much rooted in culture and tradition A perfect wellness retreat, missed doing safari hopefully next time. Would definitely recommend for family vacation or Celeberation

Beautiful relaxing atmosphere in the restored 14th century fort. Loved the accommodations with indoor/ outdoor spaces and a top notch spa with endless services and treatments available. There's even an active temple on site with daily blessings. Enjoyed all the food menu items including local and international items and even an outdoor pizza oven. The location is convenient for trips to the nearby national park for tiger/wildlife viewing, All local activities can be arranged by the resort. Have to mention the outstanding service of my GEM Sahil. I’ve stayed at several Six Senses properties and he definitely has been the best of the GEMs. Sahil helped with every request from needed medication refills to last minute wildlife sightseeing excursions.

We were met by the sweet smile of Sahil who was our GM for the short stay and who had already arranged our spa times and activities for our stay at the six senses Surrounded by tiny streets with the hustle and bustle of an Indian rural village is an old fort that has been magnificently restored and designed and our two nights there were life changing. We highly recommend the gemstone spiritual journey and silver talisman making led by Ivanka - it opens your heart and mind in a way you cannot imagine. Followed by the healing acupuncturist Dr Ashish Dev who used the knowledge passed on by ivanka to heal us of any emotional and physical pain in our bodies . Both were transformational . We started the journey with a mindful session the evening we arrived and followed that by waking up to yoga with a wonderful teacher whose name I sadly forgot to write down but i can still hear her voice in my head slowing me down and letting me let go. Our spa treatments were also amazing and the food was the best we have experienced . We met someone who told us now you have found six senses there is no going back - plan to seek this experience again and again in the farthest corners of the earth. It's a real journey of self discovery.
