Puratan Qila

I recently stayed at Puratan Qila in a group (total 5 families including kids), and we had a truly wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and heritage charm. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. Their kids area, gym, restaurant, playground, swimming pool etc. further augmented the experience of everyone. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rajender, Senior GSA, from the restaurant team. His warmth, attention to detail, and constant cooperation made our dining experience exceptional. He went out of his way to ensure that every meal was served with care and a smile. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we are grateful for the courteous staff and serene atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in comfort and be treated with genuine hospitality.

The experience was surreal....the staff and service were very good, from the moment of check in they made sure to provide a luxurious experience. The rooms were very well designed, old aesthetics with modern facilities. The meals were delicious, Mr Rajendra made sure we were well catered to. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

This is a unique hotel in its architecture, very pretty and not like any other I’ve stayed in. Lovely big bedrooms if not a little dark, probably due to the eco lightbulbs?? My only criticism would be the lack of food choice for myself and others who don’t like spicy food, especially at breakfast. Yes I know I’m in India but hotels should cater more for people like myself who can’t tolerate spice. I would definitely recommend this hotel apart from that one thing.
