Outstanding stay
The Lodge at Ponte Vedra is truly exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. The accommodations are elegant, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. Every detail—from the beautiful ocean views to the outstanding amenities—makes for a luxurious and relaxing experience. An unforgettable stay, and I can’t wait to return.

Woman who checked me in was rude and condescending. I booked through ******* originally and asked if I could add a day to my stay. She tried to tell me she couldn’t honor the rate or keep me in the same room until I explained how ridiculous that sounds…and this woman appeared to be a “manager” Ridiculous, even her co workers and valet guy were embarrassed!

Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. ******* and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.

This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide was excellent.
