Nirvana Eco & Agro Resort

I strongly urge everyone: DO NOT select or visit Nirvana Eco and Agro Resort At Sayghar on Bhilar - Medha road, Near Panchgani, Mahabaleshwar. Please read in full and give serious thought before selecting this resort. Our stay at Nirvana Eco & Agro Resort was one of the worst and most traumatic travel experiences we have ever faced – Everyone should read this twice in full before selecting Nirvana Eco and Agro Resort We had booked a 3-night stay in Room No. 302 to celebrate our wedding anniversary in last month. Instead of a peaceful family celebration, the experience turned into mental harassment, stress, and complete negligence from the resort management. During the night, we faced extremely disturbing, haunting sounds and frightening incidents in the room. None of us could sleep. My 7-year-old daughter was so scared that she refused to stay another night and insisted that we leave immediately. The situation severely impacted our mental and physical well-being. When we raised the issue and requested: • Early checkout (one day before schedule) • Refund for one night Receptionist behaving as General manager - assured us that the refund would be processed smoothly. He clearly told us to write an email, and confirmed that the management had approved the refund which would be processed within 7 days. He even provided written confirmation at checkout. This was a FALSE COMMITMENT. It appears this was done deliberately so that we would quietly leave the hotel without issue. After checkout, the management has neither supported us nor processed the refund as committed. Additionally, he blamed our family for the situation and shockingly said: “It is your problem. You are medically unfit. You have to take care. It is not the resort’s responsibility to provide any medical assistance or doctor.” This statement is extremely insensitive and irresponsible, especially considering the resort is in a remote location with no nearby medical facilities. During midnight, despite multiple follow-ups and calls: • No one picked up reception calls properly • No one came to check on us • No assistance was provided to even check BP • No emergency support was available There was absolutely ZERO support during a distressing medical situation. Everything clearly shows false assurances and fake promises just to make us vacate the room peacefully. This experience completely ruined our anniversary and left our family emotionally disturbed. Even after 2-3 weeks, after multiple follow ups, it was told to us that, as per policy no refund will be processed. Management disowned the written signed letter they gave during check out and said management is now not going to refund anything. Its all management fault and management is responsible to take care of guest safety, health and satisfaction. I strongly urge everyone: DO NOT select or visit Nirvana Eco and Agro Resort. The management is unprofessional, insensitive, and does not honor written commitments. There is no medical support

I had a relaxing stay at Nirvana Eco and Agro Resort. The serene natural setting is perfect for those looking to disconnect and unwind. The highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Deepesh and Ruti at the restaurant. They were attentive, polite, and made sure I had a comfortable dining experience. The food was fresh, and the hospitality added a warm touch to my stay. A perfect getaway for those who love nature and appreciate great service.

The location is remote, but the valley view from the resort was breathtaking. Food was good and I cannot rate every item in the menu we ordered, but few of them were average. The room condition can be better.

Resort is very good and peace full swimming pool is fun food is also very good but little overpriced but the staff is very good

The service was poor, very slow. Basic necessities like extra pillow, ice was not available and staff wasn't even bothered to inform about non availability. I had a nice in my room which was jodhpur tent so a big no for those rooms

Very nice location at hilltop. Property is well maintained and clean. Food quality is good. Staff is very helpful and well behaved. Management helped us about sites nearby.

The room was good and so was the property but our room had table phone without any connection so we faced difficulty when contacting the receptionist or room service Also the kettle was kept on a table without any connection point so to use it we needed to carry the kettle to bed which had charging points

Recently I visited Nirvana - Eco and Agro Resort for a weekend stay of 2 nights. Below is a brief review of my stay. The resort is exceptionally located in the valley of Jawli and the Panchgani table land is just opposite to the resort across valley. It’s a very nice spread across resort with lush green tree plantations and infinity swimming pool. The resort starts with reception and rest of items (rooms, restaurants, kids activity zone, swimming pool is build on the valley slope) So you will have a fair walk around to reach to places. Breakfast spread has good options and is tasty and the Ala cart menu is also delicious (Only Veg). I think the highlight is super courteous staff - reception, restaurant, house keeping…they all are ready to help you immediately and make sure that your stay is great. I had selected the lower deck room which was big enough for a team of 3 (my kid is 5 years old) and was having hot water and AC without interruption. In the room if they can fit curtains and mesh on the small windows it will be good as it has gaps which might allow mosquitoes to come inside. They arrange for strawberry picking in a nearby farm which is a great activity and also the mountain trail is thrilling. Only issue I thought was travelling for sightseen to Mahabaleshwar (25 Km) and Panchgani (15 Km) which is cumbersome due to small roads, but they are good roads. Overall it’s a relaxing place to enjoy the stunning views ***** with great food. Highly recommended and I am also looking forward for my next trip again.
