We’ve just got back from an amazing stay at Cayton Bay, and I can’t thank the entertainment team enough — Sammi, Amelia, Ryan, and especially Katie were all absolutely brilliant. The girls were amazing singers and such an engaging, lovely team who made every evening so muh fun! A special thank you to Katie, who was just incredible with my son, who has ADHD. She was so patient, REAL, and understanding — she made such an effort to include him and make him feel comfortable and confident, which meant the world to us. The atmosphere was fantastic, the shows were great, and everyone made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back — thank you all for such a wonderful family break!

We had the most amazing holiday at Cayton bay all staff were friendly and lovely lots of activities for my little girl to do The entertainment was amazing my little girl had the best time. She absolutely adores Ryan. Already booked to go back next year xx

Booked a 4 night break had a lovely very clean static caravan.Everything you could need was there. Bed very comfortable and clean white bedding. All staff were pleasant and asked if we were enjoying our stay.We ate in restaurant and drank in bar good value .Site was very clean and well sign posted .Will definitely return .

First time at Cayton Bay and the entertainment team was great. Excellent performances, very attentive with the kids and made a huge effort to keep them entertained. ‘Festival Express’ EXCELENT and rounded off our weekend perfectly!!! Kids LOVED IT!

In my 70 years on this planet this company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever come across . I booked a 4 day break at their Cayton Bay resort to stay in a Silver caravan for 4 nights from November 3rd , & paid the total cost up front . Unfortunately after booking I was diagnosed with inoperable cancer & and told it would be unwise to travel on my own . When I tried to cancel my booking, they flatly refused to offer me any sort of refund stating this & that rule. The person I dealt with was called MARIE who obviously has absolutelty no compasion at all & only concern is that the company doesnt lose dosent lose out financially to keep her in her bosses good books. Not only that she had the gall to send me an email the day before I was due to check in informing me that I could sell my bookng on & they would only charge me £40.00 . what planet are these people on. On the day I was supposed to arrive I received a phone call to check if I would be on time. Why they didnt adready know that I wasnt coming just shows there is absolutely no communication between their departments. To really rub salt into the wound I received text messages on the 1st 3 days I was supossed to be there (despite the fact I wasnt) offering me meal deals. OUTRAGEOUS Geoff Barber

Great experience, lodge and hot tub, fantastic, The staff from a well organised, friendly and helpful reception team to activities and restaurants staff were brilliant, could not do enough for you. My lodge no48 The Willows was immaculate when we arrived, lovely hotel quality towels for the hot tub, and a fabulous huge spacious lodge . Everywhere was Clean, great food, prompt service, tons of fun activities led by great entertainers and activities staff,
