Not impressed - booked accom 5 months prior to an event - 1 month before going got notified mgmt agency cancelling booking. The hotel should still honor my booking but very poor communication and no one answers the phone - advised alternative accomodation but not in close proximately to where we booked.... Would not recommend as Hotel has got obligations but obviously thinking of their own dollars...

We have stayed here before in 2008 and it hasn’t changed at all. The room we stayed in (no. 12) was immaculately clean ( and I’m very fussy). The bed was super comfy as were the pillows. The rooms have everything you need even a washing machine. The only thing was you don’t see any staff at all which I found a little impersonal as last time they were very friendly and bought toys for our toddler. I would stay again though as it’s clean and comfortable for the price.

This complex is centrally located in close proximity to bay and many good restaurants and coffee shops. The unit we stayed in was well equipped and spotlessly clean. This is a self check in property but any staff we encountered were well presented and very friendly. Will stay again.

Excellent value. Room was clean with everything you could possibly need. Very happy. Check in was very easy with keys waiting for us. Recommend room No. 6 for two people, it has been recently refurbished and was perfect for a couple. Would like to come again.

We booked a family room. An excellent size Queen bed in a proper bedframe in one bedroom and two firm single beds in another room. Vwery clean and well set up room with a good kitchenette.The lounge room had two large sofas. You can tell this is an old motel but it's been given an update that made it very comfortable. Definitley would come back again. Close to everything we needed in Harvey Bay.
