"The hotel was nice. It was comfortable and the price was reasonable. We arrived at the station and decided to stay another night then travel to the airport. It took about 1 hour to the airport. The exit of the train station is literally next to the hotel and has easy access to pull up suitcases... Super convenient. There's lots of restaurants, stores and supermarket close to the hotel, and it was a lovely walk around. The shower is nice and the bed is quite comfortable. The only part I didn't like was the pillows. They were very accommodating and offered me another, but I felt they weren't very comfortable. Overall we had a comfortable stay and highly recommend 👍👍👍"

"The surrounding environment is quiet, and the indoor furnishings are clean, comfortable and tasteful. It is an old building but the decorations are very beautiful. The service is warm and friendly. The breakfast is quite rich. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Rhine Lake. You can stay there!"

"We were in the restaurant of the Hotel Promenade yesterday for a birthday lunch and were completely satisfied. Especially now in summer, the garden terrace is an absolute highlight! What is particularly worth mentioning is the excellent service and the very friendly staff. This makes visiting a restaurant fun."

"We had a lovely one night stay here due to its close proximity to Rhine Falls. We had a large spacious room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and whilst the bathroom was a little small it had everything we needed and a warm powerful shower. The staff were friendly and spoke Engish. There was also an included breakfast that had cheese, meats, boiled and scrambled egg, bread and jam, cereals, yogurts and juices. Our one small negative was that the bathroom light was on a sensor which went off whilst in the shower but then also turned on when going to the toilet during the night which as a result disturbed my husband who was sleeping. The extractor fan was also turned on with the light and took a long time to turn off meaning trying to get back to sleep wasnt easy with the noise. Overall, a really lovely place and we'd stay here again."
