There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but the staff are very rude and I feel discriminated against. In particular, there is a male employee at the counter who seems to be mentally ill and will yell at the guests. This made me have a horrible experience. Do not choose this hotel unless it is cheap.

Literally stayed the night just to be close to the mall, specifically the Improv. Stayed the night, tried out the free breakfast that served its purpose, coffee, eggs, sausage, bread/toast, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, nothing over the top, and left out. Seemed clean enough, close to the mall which is ideal.

Hi I arrived at 2:50 which is about ten minutes before check in I was informed that they were over booked and I had to wait in see can they find me a room after I had already paid for it at about 3:35 they finally found me a room which was not cleaned when my children and I made it inside I told the front desk they took me to another room that was cold but my kids and they just dealt with it because it was only for one night

Nice location. The staff was friendly. The first room we had reeked of smoke. We received a second room and the toilet leaked and ran all night. The hotel ran out of extra towels and did not plan on washing new ones until the next day.

Overall it was good. The AC/Heat Unit was noisy and horrible. It rattled all night. Also the breakfast was OK but lacked different items Sausage but no bacon (everyone does not like sausage). No ice near the refreshments.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, complimentary breakfast was not very fresh at all. Good coffee at least, but also very reasonably priced, so you get what you pay for

I stay here frequently and I was very pleased on this trip! The staff was friendly & helpful, my room request was honored, the facilities were clean, as well as our room, and some deferred building maintenance had finally been addressed and it made This was a holiday weekend and the hotel seemed packed, but the halls were quiet at the appropriate times and the staff seemed to be well prepared. The location is wonderful and can’t be beat for shopping and dining. It was a very nice stay!
