The price-performance ratio is super high, and the lease is renewed directly.
The room is spacious, the office is large, and the kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, and large refrigerator.

Karen at the front desk was so friendly at both check in and check out! Helpful in finding me shuttle information as well. I felt safe and comfortable. Bed was comfy, shower was good, had everything I needed for a winter night stay that was unexpected.

The hotel was fine - we were there for 1 night. Front desk woman who checked us in and out was GREAT! Amazing customer service.
We were a little concerned to find glass on the floor in many places in our room. We are certain they would have switched us, but by the time we got there we were so tired we just decided to wear our shoes. Just made us question overall cleanliness.
We would give it another shot for sure. This is just a rating for this stay

I had an issue with my booking date, but ******* was quick to help and Donna at the front desk was great and understanding. The room was nice, comfortable, and quiet. The free shuttle to the airport was super helpful as well. All in all, I had a great experience staying here.

I recently was going to stay heee as I’ve stayed here before! My father had sadly passed away today when my booking was and I called them to see if they could refund me or give me another date and the manager said NO! I found it appalling and beyond inconsiderate and unprofessional in such a terrible situation. I had to go to ******* and have them help me handle my situation and they even apologized for the rudeness and how I was treated due to the circumstances. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a hotel before! I will NEVER stay there again based on their horrendous and unacceptable actions and response!!!

This property was perfect for what we needed. We were able to cook in the kitchen, which was important to us. We also loved that we were right across from the airport so we could watch the planes.

The van easily access to the ORD airport, but it might be the similar to the another van, so it is needed of taking care in the picking up area in the airport.
