Very good hotel, close to the Airport only 2 stations by the bus number 397. And the hotel is just right down from the bus stop by the stair way. Perfect for the over night stay if you have long hours airport transfer.

I had a comfortable overnight stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel during my business trip. The hotel's proximity to the airport was extremely convenient. My room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Staff were efficient and accommodating. Ideal choice for short business stays needing easy airport access. Highly recommended!

The hotel has free shuttle bus pickup from the airport, but charges 6 euro for the shuttle bus back to the airport. The is the first time anywhere in the world I have ever been asked to pay for the return shuttle by an airport hotel. The hotel is old and although the room was not dirty the furniture was all scratches & worn, the carpet is worn, etc. The staff were polite and provided basic service. The main photo on trip.com is of a swimming pool but I did not see the swimming pool at the hotel & it is not shown as a facility at the hotel so not sure if it exists where it is.

What a pleasant surprise. The hotel is close to the airport and Hoofddorp Train Station but so quiet. In room 238 you can even open the window completely and it overlooks a farming field. The room is also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was adequate but nothing special - no fresh orange juice and limited hot items. I would definitely howver recommend the hotel especially the rooms on the side overlooking the field.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. One of the standout features is its convenient location, especially being so close to the airport. Additionally, the facilities met our needs effectively, making our time there comfortable. However, I must mention that the breakfast hygiene could use some improvement. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the value of the hotel and make it even more appealing to guests. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service, with the hope that they can enhance the breakfast experience in the future.

The airport hotel I booked through Trip.com was convenient and clean. After our cruise disembarked in Rotterdam, Trip.com arranged a private car service for us from Rotterdam, via The Hague, to this airport hotel in Amsterdam. Our driver/guide managed all the arrangements perfectly throughout the journey, making for a smooth arrival at the hotel. It was a highly satisfying trip! We've safely returned home now. Had much more exception as it is holiday inn but not on that much levels , no amenities kits , tv was old so there was no YouTube or anything , no laundry bags all this things make me bit disappointed with the stay. but the staff was pretty good especially the lady who was on night duty on 17 th she was so helpful and kind .

Sorry to say, but really disappointed this time. The water pressure of shower is very weak. I reported it in the morning about 9:30 in 17th. However, the lady of reception not even apologized but just said she will send someone to my room, she also trying to service another customer who want to have breakfast during our conversation. I feel disrespectful.

The amenities and location of the hotel are outstanding! It’s an easy (and free) shuttle to the airport where you then can take public transport anywhere. Service was fine, but checking in took incredibly long, and despite asking not to have my room cleaned, it was still cleaned during my stay. While not a big deal, if I’d known it was going to be cleaned, I would’ve put valuables away. The second day this wasn’t an issue. So all in all, great stay and I’ll book again next time I’m in Amsterdam!

Very good experience with this hotel. We stayed here for our last 2 days in amsterdam, it was fabulous. The receptionist upgraded our room, the room is huge with all the necessary supplies, a bit of surprising that they do not provide toothbrush aset in the room, but you can easily request that from the reception. The breakfast selections are very rich, we enjoyed very much! Wide selections of drinks, cold food and hot food. Champaigne, coffee, tea, juice, milk, we tried everything and not one is disappointed! Many selections of bread, cheese and sauces. I'm hungry again by recalling Even provide honey comb! Not to mention, the cafe and restaurant staffs are all very friendly and happy. They offer free shuttle bus from/to Airport every 30minutes from 6am to midnight. You can take the free ride just by waiting at airport (hotel buses station) or the hotel lobby. I personally found this information on social media but not on the official sites, it would be better if they could include the instructions in the bookings or website. Also, the waiting time is not specific and constant, it would be better if you would do something about it. Oh! The shower gel and shampoo provided are very good! Nice scent with good texture. I would love to buy a set if they sell. Just the down side that the front reception do need some training on service consistency. 1. We politely asked about the spinning wheel when we check in at night(10pm), the first older male receptionist instructed us to come back tomorrow daytime to join for free. In the morning, the daytime female receptionist said we are only allowed to join the contest when we check-in. That's really disappointing and we thought, why would they lie to us? Probably they are not familiar with the service providing. 2. We found a brochure in the room, ”opt out for cleaning service for 5€ voucher”. Asked the receptionist about this on the next day, she immediately said that offer is no longer available. My partner said, ”we cancelled the cleaning service yesterday for this, why do you still put the brochure in the room if it is not available anymore?”. Then only she apologized and gave us a voucher. Thanks to that, we enjoyed a good fries from the Sports Bar with the voucher.
