Hier muss man unbedingt hingehen oder hinfahren. Hier stimmt das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis wirklich zu 100 % und ein Besuch ist ein muss. Wir wollten hier eigentlich nur Essen gehen und gleich mal über fünf Stunden gemütlich sitzen geblieben und haben die Gastfreundlichkeit der Inhaber sehr genossen. Der Service (Jaqueline und Silvia) ist 1a und es gab nichts aber auch wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. An die Meckerer: ja die Küche macht um 20:30 Uhr zu, denn auch der Peter und sein hervorragendes Küchen - Team haben sich diese Schließzeit verdient. Ich esse normalerweise nicht so viel Gemüse, habe hier jedoch die Ausnahme gemacht, denn es schmeckt wie es aussieht - einfach super lecker :-). Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und gepflegt sowie modern eingerichtet. Für die kleinen Gäste ist sogar ein eigenes Spielezimmer im UG vorhanden.

Sehr gepflegter Familienbetrieb, gutes Essen,freundlicher Service, nur ein Fahrstuhl für z.B. in den 3.Stock fehlt, mit über 50 Stufen in den 3. Stock, nicht behindertenfreundlich, aber alle Zimmer jetzt neu renoviert!

Zentrale Lage man kommt mit der Zillertalbahn, wo man in dem ca. 400 m entfernten "Zustieg" in Richtung Mayerhofen oder Jenbach bzw. von dort mit der Zahnradbahn an den Achensee kommt. Mit der Bahn kann man auch an fast sämtliche Bergbahnen erreichen, die in den entsprechenden Ort im Zillertal liegen. Mit dem Auto nach Innsbruck, Rattenberg oder Kufstein ist für einen Tagesausflug zu empfehlen. Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, lediglich ohne eine weitere Ablage, ändert aber nichts an den 6 Sonnen! Sehr, sehr sauber, bei bedarf täglich frische Hand- u. Duschtücher, sehr aufmerksame und gründliche tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Die Größe zum Beispiel im "Falkennest" (Nr. 204) ist vollkommen ausreichend für 2 Personen (ca. 20 qm). Der Service ist auf allen Linien hervorragend und freundlich gewesen, wir hatten nicht`s zu meckern. Sehr gut geführtes Familienhotel der Familien Heim.

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een uitstekende keuken. Erg kindvriendelijk met aparte speelkamer. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en ‘s avonds een 3 gangenmenu met een saladebuffet. Ruime kamer met goede badkamer. Een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sehr gutes Essen, super freundliches Personal, sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, .... n kleiner Kühlschrank auf m Zimmer würds noch abrunden ;-). Kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist modern, hoch- und neuwertig. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Halbpension gebucht und haben uns hier von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Essen ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne, saubere Zimmer mit Balkon. Super Frühstück und sehr gutes Abendessen. Ausreichen Parkplätze vorhanden. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Man kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
