The hotel is ok, the service is bad and unfriendly, they do not pay attention to you, maybe because we spoke no german, I don't know. To compare it with the nearby Grünerwald Hotel, this hotel is 2 levels below. We were expecting something else...

Aanrader voor wellnessliefhebbers. Met binnen- en buitenbad, ruime, nieuwe Finse sauna en verblijfsvoorzieningen. Jammer dat de logeerlokatie in het bijgebouw niet meer van deze tijd is en vernieuwd miet worden.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren mit der Ausstattung, dem Speisen- Getränkeangebot, dem Zimmer, dem Spa-Bereich und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wertschätzend. "Heute ist nicht alle Tage, wir kommen wieder, keine Frage"

Wir wurden überall freundlich begrüßt, speziell die Dame beim Frühstück, wunderbar positive Ausstrahlung und ihre ingwershots sind ein must have zum Frühstück. Der Wellnessbereich sauber und für uns gross genug. Wir hatten auch eine Behandlung, sollte man sich unbedingt gönnen. Die Siesta liegen haben es mir sehr angetan, und speziell der Blick ins Grüne den man vom Restaurant sowie auch vom Zimmer hat, wunderbar. Frühstück, für alle was dabei. Es wird Qualität und Kreativität auf den Teller gebracht. Stübli hat uns sehr überrascht, traditionelle Gerichte neu interpretiert, Begeisterung pur. Im HP Restaurant hat man immer seinen reservierten Tisch. Essen und Service erneut Top. Speziell möchten wir unseren Servicemitarbeiter Achmad hervorheben, der seine Station im Griff hatte, aufmerksam und freundlich bei jedem Tisch war. Auch im Barbereich war er präsent. Die Bar dürfte etwas moderner eingerichtet werden, aber das ist 'jammern' auf sehr hohem Niveau. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einer der Chefs des Hauses am Abend seine Runden im Restaurant machte und jeden Gast kurz begrüßte und fragte wie es geht, Ausflug tipps gab oder nur guten Appetit wünschte empfanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Kurz zusammengefasst, wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Austattung des Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Essen und den Service sind perfekt.. Das ganze Personnal ist sehr freundlich und sehr professionnal. Es ist nür eins dass uns gestört hat und zwar es fehlt die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sowie im Essberereich.

Alle für den Hotelbetrieb zuständigen Personen waren unwahrscheinlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ob es der Service, die Rezeption oder die Zimmermädchen. Essen einwandfrei uns sehr gut. Auch wenn man bei der täglichen Auswahl nichts passendes gefunden hat, hat man ein anderes Gericht nach Absprache bekommen. Bushaltestelle zum laufen zirka 10 Minuten entfernt, allerdings kann ich nicht sagen, wie regelmäßig er fährt. Wellnessbereich und Pool sauber und ordentlich - Handtücher waren immer ausreichend vorhanden und in der Badetasche im Zimmer gab es jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Einzige Reklamation: Zu wenig Sonnenschirme für das Hotel, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Was ärgerlich war, dass wir keinen Gutschein bekommen haben, wir hätte nur 6 Übernachtung und dafür Gutscheingäbe es keine Gutschein. Herr Heinzelmann fand das auch OK. Immerhin sind wir bald Dauergäste im Hotel. Aber wir haben es inzwischen verschmerzt. Georg Weidner
