Wir haben mehr bekommen, als erwartet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt + Lage am See + Kaffe & Kuchen auf der Terrasse + beeindruckendes Gebäude + tolle Einrichtung + ausreichend große Zimmer + großes Bad (renoviert und mit großer Glasdusche) + bequeme Betten + auf Nachfrage 2 weitere Kissen erhalten + sehr leckeres Buffett am Abend mit reichhaltiger Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen - u.a. Antipasti, Pasta, Fleisch & Fisch, Garnelen, Brot mit Dips, Nachtisch, Käseauswahl + Frühstücksbuffett ebenfalls lecker und ausreichend + Personal: 1a mit Sternchen - freundlich und hilfsbereit - Der Poolbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einem Makeover - etwas hellhörige Zimmer (aufgrund des Alters des Hauses wahrscheinlich nicht zu ändern)

Das Frühstück kolossal. Üppig, regional, liebevoll angerichtet. Viele Dinge, vor allem Spezialitäten wie Salate wurden in kleineren Gefäßen, geschmackvoll angerichtet, angeboten und stets sofort nachgefüllt. Das Personal mehr als rührig, der Kaffee kräftig. Auf der Terrasse hatte man die Möglichkeit, in himmlischer Ruhe den morgendlichen Blick auf den Haussee zu genießen. Wir empfanden es als nahezu perfekt. Unser Zimmer (208), mit Blick auf den See und großem, komfortablen Bad, trug sehr dazu bei, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Die Betten breit und angenehm zu liegen. Das ganze Haus macht einen mehr als gediegenen Eindruck, rechtfertigt auch dadurch den Preis. Das angebotene Abendessen (Menü) ließ kaum einen Wunsch offen. Die Lage ist einzigartig, inmitten der Mecklenburgischen Schweiz. Das Personal glänzte durch unaufdringliche Aufmerksamkeit, aber auch Humor zu jeder Tageszeit. Will man sich und seinen Lieben etwas Besonderes tun, dann ist Schloss Schorssow der richtige Ort.

Im letzten Jahr waren wir dort eine tolle Runde spazieren und hatten einen Stopp im Café Seeterrasse Schloß Schorssow. Mit Hund. Dieses Jahr wurden wir ohne ein Wort des Grußes sofort wieder hinauskomplimentiert. Ich würde den Passus „Haustiere willkommen“ entfernen, oder gar deutlich ersetzen.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüsst an der Rezeption. Uns wurde alles erklärt. Zimmer sehr schön mit Ausblick auf den See. Das Service Personal (Frauen, nicht alle) waren nicht so bestrebt guten Service zu bieten. Kein Lächeln, wir hatten eine Flasche Wein wo noch ein bisschen drin war, wurden wir gefragt ob wir eine neue Flasche gern hätten, wo wir ja drauf antworteten und sie nahm die Flasche(wo noch was drin war) einfach mit…. Was wir bezahlen wollen wir auch trinken. Sonst essen war sehr lecker, auch Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl. Komisch nur das wenn man von der Terrasse ins Hotel wollte konnte/musste man durch den Frühstücksraum und da sass das Personal und ass dann auch etwas. Für Gäste echt seltsam. Preise sind extrem aber ist halt ein Schloss mit See .
