I have wanted to go to this facility rated among the best in Sicily for a long time....what can I say, the facility is wonderful in every corner of the village, well looked after, very large.....with a swimming pool reserved for guests of the village, really beautiful with hydromassage.......and another tropical style swimming pool for the exclusive use of those staying in the hotel. A fountain that offers beautiful plays of light, unfortunately in summer it is only turned on in the early evening. In reality the structure should have notified the travel agencies....reporting that we would not have taken advantage of everything that the village offers.....We are paying customers like everyone else...consequently even if you are over the closure you should have notified the agencies so as to be able to inform the customers who would arrive in that period that they would not have benefited from all the comforts and services that a fabulous structure of this kind must offer to all customers and not just to some. There were few of us but for this reason it was easier to offer guests what they paid for. I put ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ simply thanks to the work of some operators of the structure......thanks to the gentleman who until the last day with the shuttle took customers up and down from the reception to the sea continuously with kindness, courtesy and professionalism......thanks also to the gentleman in charge of the grill who is always kind and very professional in his work......thanks to the waitresses in the room who were very efficient, professional and courteous always and in any case, the chef was very good and professional and the maids of the accommodations were also very nice. As for the animation guys, they are very good (even if without theatre... the theater has to be done until the end) they were clever in managing everything with nothing. Very good, very good from the sports manager to the village manager....everyone.

The entire staff were very helpful, they made us feel welcomed and at home and they worked hard to make us have fun. Thank you all so much, we couldn't have been better!

Sono andata una settimana in questo bel resort, datato ma ben curato con spazi comuni molto grandi e piscine molto belle. I ragazzi dell’animazione davvero simpatici. Menzione d’onore alla grandissima spa dove Luisa e Gianni hanno saputo rendere davvero speciale la mia settimana di vacanza.

Personale e governanti gentili e disponibili; struttura, camere e giardini perfettamente manutenuti; ampie piscine e numerosi campi per varie attività sportive; animazione ideale per tutta la famiglia; spiaggia estesa e ben attrezza, di sabbia fine con mare dolcemente digradante; una chicca che non ti aspetti è data dalla S.P.A., che oltre ai vari trattamenti offre la possibilità di trascorrere del tempo presso la piscina privata con idromassaggi; la cucina e lo staff in sala sono il fiore all’occhiello, proponendo spesso cibi tipici e a km0; menzione speciale all’accoglienza dello staff Multivacanza Rita e Marco, che sanno coccolare i soci con mille attenzioni ❤️

Una settimana perfetta. Tutto organizzato al meglio, staff disponibile e coinvolgente, cucina ottima e varia, servizio nelle camere preciso ed eccellente. Complimenti a tutti

Mare fantastico, con dune di sabbia fine. La baia è incastonata tra il paesino di Sampieri ed una fornace. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Il cibo al ristorante è vario, con serate a tema. . Il personale di sala è come tutti i posti in cui si lavora : trovi delle eccellenze come Lucia, sempre col sorriso , professionale e cortese. A ricordarti che non sei un numero, oltre all’animazione te lo ricorda Antonio, il mitico barman della piscina. Oltre a prepararti un eccellente caffè ha sempre una battuta pronta e ti strappa sempre una risata!! Un’altra eccellenza è il centro benessere con Gianni e consorte . Vi posso assicurare che ho girato tanti massaggiatori, ma loro sono il Top!! Ringrazio l’animazione con a capo Ueue e Checco. Siete mitici!!
