Master bath features include soaker tub and walk in shower Kids bunk room with two bunk beds, NBA Jam arcade game, and TV. Fully stocked kitchen with island and top of the line appliances Dining seating for up to 8 and eat in kitchen area Dry bar with seating area and TV. Ping Pong table for family fun Outdoor amenities include Pool with heating option Hot tub for 4 Fire pit area and Outdoor TV BBQ grill Sun Loungers to soak up that AZ sun Outdoor Dining area Home also features full laundry and 3 car garage along with plenty of room to park in driveway. Guest access Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces here. Other things to note This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and no loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in any way. . Home is in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by multi million dollar homes. We are not saying in any way you can't come here and have fun as that is what we want you to do but we are requiring that you have fun in a respectful manner to the home and neighbors. Pool may be heated for additional $100 per day or $500 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost. Must be 30 years of age to rent home and ID may be required. No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews or approval from host. Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance. No pets are allowed at the home. No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.
