La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Searcy

No one at the front desk, when we arrived. Seemed like we were bothering front desk worker when we had questions. She was never at the front desk. Had to ring the bell every time. TV not working in room. They moved us to another room. The phone system would not allow us to call the front desk directly. It kept on putting us on hold. So, had to go back down to the front desk to tell them about the TV. Maintenance worker was very kind and accommodating. The cooling/heating air vent was confusing, because none of the buttons worked. Finally figured it out that the thermostat on the wall controlled the vent. Some instructions would have been helpful. The front desk worker at check out was very friendly, but we were not asked how our stay was. Overall, nice, clean room, Quiet place, comfortable, some nice staff, one front desk worker who needs to work on her people skills. Very good breakfast. Good variety.

Nice rooms! Bed was very comfortable! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was nice and breakfast was good, but cleanliness was the biggest issue for me. Found a used q-tip by my bed by the headboard and the shelves in the bathroom and tissue box had clearly not been dusted in forever. There was a weird smell in the room, like stale chips. The ice maker on our floor did not work and our room phone was disconnected. There was a rust stain in the shower. All in all it was an okay experience but we will probably choose another hotel in the area next time, especially considering what we paid.

The breakfast was terrible and cold we had to warm it up in the microwave.. the pool needs resurfaced, it caused my feet to have very sore and tender skin

The stay was OK but not great. - we were put in a handicap room that was not requested. - the walk in shower leaked onto the bathroom floor badly - killed two lizzards the first morning - had to fix the toilet tank multiple time to get it to quit running and so it would flush again - the bathroom door would not latch

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast service was great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back
