The location is next to the main road, with convenient transportation and parking. It's not too far from downtown Seattle. The boss is a ********* guy who is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. He tries his best to meet the guests' requirements.

It did not clean our rooms every day. When I ask to change the towels , the manager himself take the new towels to my room. It seems that it only clean the room when you ask, not as default.

The room was very nice. The room was quite spacious, internet was excellent and very handy to have a microwave oven. Good access to shopping areas, about 400 to 500 metres. The front office staff were outstanding, they were very helpful in organising taxi transfers to the cruise terminal.

Ryan is Great! It's great to meet someone like Ryan who cares more for people than the business that could suffer. I walked to the right of Aurora because I was starving. I saw lights, hoping that there would be good. These lights were lighted but stops. However, further on the walk is a Mexican Restaurant the other direction. Crossing safely, I notified others eating. Carnitas Plate with a bottle of Mexican Coke; must be Heaven. I'll enjoy dinner here again, as it's Great and filling.
