Hilton Motif Seattle

This hotel's downtown location makes getting around incredibly convenient. The facilities are brand new, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic; I only managed to snap a photo of the first plate! It's also super easy to walk to Pike Place Market from here, where you can see the original Starbucks and explore the market with its fresh seafood. You can even find a restaurant there to sit down and try some. They also have all sorts of fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers, and handmade crafts. We were lucky enough to be there during the World Cup, and since the stadium is nearby, they had a big screen set up where you could join the crowd and experience the excitement. We caught the US team playing against Australia, and it was great to see everyone's joy after the US win. After the match, when we went to a nearby restaurant, we even saw fans who had traveled all the way from Australia, and the locals were warmly chatting with them. It was really interesting to see and experience a different side of Seattle during the World Cup.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it convenient and quick to get here from the airport. It's also near Pike Place Market and the first Starbucks. The room facilities are complete, clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The hotel's location is great, but the facilities are a bit dated, especially the carpets. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers weren't provided. The safe in my room didn't work on two separate occasions. Hotel maintenance was relatively prompt, but these issues should really be checked before guests check in. Also, there was a constant motor noise in room 1012 at night, which made it hard to sleep even with earplugs.
