The front desk staff were excellent, especially a blonde male attendant who helped us immensely. He went above and beyond to help us find a lost item and even made calls to the relevant departments for us. His attentiveness really left a lasting impression on us. Truly a great hotel!

The location is fantastic! It's within walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Museum of Pop Culture, Pike Place Market, and downtown shopping. It's also surrounded by many tech companies, with Amazon's headquarters just a few minutes' walk away. There's a Whole Foods nearby, a famous organic grocery store in the US, offering a great selection of fruits, vegetables, and hot food. The room is a bit small, but that's not an issue if you're out and about all day. The iPad control system is a nice touch and kids older than elementary school age would enjoy it. I highly recommend this hotel; the staff are all very friendly. I read some reviews saying the rooms were small, but they really aren't. All the in-room facilities can be controlled by an iPad. The hotel location is excellent, and you can walk to the supermarket.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle. I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need. The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
