Very bad! Prices are high, but overall very poor. When we went out and came back, the card could not open the door, but two guests stood at the door saying that their card could open ours. Outrageous. The water from the second washbasin could not be drained, and there was no room for us to replace and no one to repair. Third, the surrounding environment is not good, it is far from the urban area, and there are street girls on the side of the road. very bad! A complaint has been made to the Ctrip service platform!

There is no service practically, the amenities in the room were non-working and was never fixed even on repeated requests. Breakfast if runs out before the scheduled time frame, those are not replenished. Late comers are deprived of breakfast.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. It was very noisy my first night. The room didn’t have any towels and neither of my keys worked at first. Pretty poor first impression but the second night was better. Fresh towels on day 2 but bed wasn’t made. Seemed like inconsistent service

1st this is a rating comparable to other motels in it's price range under 100$ a night, not to more expensive motels which I've also stayed in. The room was clean and relatively up to date. Floor vacuumed with no noticeable dust or dirt in the corners. Bathroom clean no mold on the curtain or shower area for which I have found in other motels of this price. Reason for 3 is that when I first walked in there was a strong musty smell of wetness and could tell the room had not been used for some time. It was late I didn't feel like changing rooms and the windows opened, so i opened and aired it out. 20 min. it wasn't noticeable. Come to find out the smell came from the bathroom sink which hadn't been used and believe dried P trap. After using it several times the smell was gone. Bed was firm, but comfortable with adequate pillows and bedding.

First, when we arrived I learned that two rooms had been reserved by ******* (and charged to me). I wrote to ******* immediately when the website said I must sign in to reserve our room. You took money without signing in and then once I signed in. Please address this issue and remove the duplicate charge.
Unsafe because at 2AM, the stranger in the room next to us started pounding on the adjoining room door. He had unlocked the door from his side, was pounding on our door and was threatening to break down the door and then break everything in the room while pounding on the door. Nobody was available at the front desk (at first) so we called the police. On second attempt at the front desk - staff came up and threw them out. We had to call, yet again, to the front desk to learn what the outcome of her interaction with these violent people was. 2 1/2 hours later the police returned our call.

I booked a King Suite and it was fine for 2 days. Room was reasonably clean but outdated. The Breakfast was good.

Customer service friendly, room clean and decent, however very sketchy activity going on across the street and transient sleeping in the small parking garage which made us uncomfortable. Our bed was on this metal box that sounded like someone kicking a metal filing cabinet everytime we got out of it.
