"The service was excellent, and they even provided disposable bath and face towels. Overall, the cleanliness was quite good. We're incredibly grateful that the cleaning staff discovered a charging cable we'd forgotten in our room within minutes of our check-out. They called us right away, enabling us to pick it up before we got on the highway.
However, there are two points for improvement. Firstly, could you please specify that the Pudong Airport T2 pick-up service is at Gate 29 and that a phone call is required beforehand? Because I'd read that no prior booking was needed, I followed a guide on Xiaohongshu and went to Gate 26 to wait for the 1:45 AM shuttle. When I couldn't find the car and called, I was then informed that your shuttle was at 2 AM, at Gate 29, and that all pick-ups needed to be confirmed with a call in advance. This felt pretty much like needing to book in advance anyway...
Secondly, for room 410, could the duvet be replaced? When I entered, I noticed it seemed to have a small tear, and it felt a bit itchy when I used it, so I ended up using a disposable duvet cover. On a side note, when I checked on my companion, I found the duvet in their room was perfectly fine and didn't have these issues."
