服務：前台的服務態度不是很好，但是客房的工作人員服務態度特別好，前天要一瓶礦泉水，別説送，賣都不肯賣，賣給你，不是有些不明白，為什麼給錢都不肯送水？而讓我衹能在外面去買

該酒店在迎賓大道上，周圍有許多餐廳，非常方便。酒店乾淨，房間佈置温馨，衞生間乾濕分離，這在色達同等同價酒店中真是不多見。是值得向來色達的遊客推薦的性價比高的酒店。

酒店負一樓是酒吧，晚上兩三點還在吵，問前台説是他們也不知道，門口車位也亂停，要出去找不到車主，服務員含糊其辭，態度敷衍，晚上根本不能好好休息。

這個酒店位置很好，在縣城中心，交通便利；距色達五明佛學院大概20公里左右；酒店房間整潔、乾淨、安靜，門口有停車場，停車方便；海拔較佛學院低可以很好的休息。
