Ayala Cebu is a nice hotel that is next to Ayala mall. We arrived late and wanted to eat some , thinking the mall would be open. Please note that all food stalls and restaurants in the mall close at 9:30. So there’s that. The room was basic but had all the necessary amenities and wants that any hotel room would have. There is nothing special about this hotel. The breakfast was good with variety of foods.

The staff is great from doorman, check-in to breakfast/restaurant. Very friendly and warm. They treat you with sincere respect. The rooms are very clean with amenities and towles never missing. 
For breakfast, they offer a wide range of food and variety. I didn't  get tired even after 4 breakfasts. 
Location is awesome, too. Basically attached to the mall, every kind of food (Jollibee to yakiniku and high-end pancake place) is within 3-5 minute walking distance. Sugbo Mercado is 3 minutes away on foot. Simply the best in the area.

It was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.

the check-in was quick and efficient. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were aware of our celebration.

We enjoyed the hotel's amenities, sauna especially the pool and the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options.

The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. They surprised us with a beautifully decorated birthday cake, which was a delightful touch that made our celebration even more special.

The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to Solaire North

Considering the excellent service and amenities, we felt the stay was worth it.

We stayed at this hotel and booked a two-bedroom premier suite. The room was huge—perfect for a family staycation. I really liked the spacious layout and how comfortable everything was. It had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely go back again!

Another plus: complimentary parking is available for hotel guests and is located in Basement 3, which was convenient for us.
