Hotel Cetina Palacio Ayala Berganza

It was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Spain. I arrived in Segovia by bus from Madrid, and the bus stop was close to the accommodation, so I was able to get there quickly. The room was spacious and clean, and I liked that the ceiling was high. The bedding and bed were comfortable enough to relieve all the fatigue of the trip. I especially liked that the bathroom was spacious. However, I was cautious because I could see the road right when I opened the bathroom window. When I opened the window in my room, I could see a small garden, and I really enjoyed hearing the birdsong in the garden in the morning. I was able to stay comfortably because the soundproofing was good and the movement lines did not overlap with other guests. I was especially happy because I was so satisfied with the breakfast every morning! I want to eat it again. The staff were all friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

Because I really like Segovia, I specially found a hotel with a parking space. Many room types in this hotel cannot be canceled. I drove an hour and a half from Toledo to Segovia and parked my car in the white-lined parking space in front of the hotel. When I checked in, I was told by a fat, yellow-haired receptionist at the front desk that my car must be parked in a paid area. , and there is no free parking space as shown when booking a room. The white-lined parking space can only be parked for five minutes. If it exceeds the time limit, a tow truck will be called for me to tow it away. I had no choice but to park in the blue line at the back. Because I didn’t know how to operate it, the front desk impatiently helped me enter the license plate number. I repeatedly confirmed whether it was correct before parking the car and paying. But that night I received a ticket for 80 euros, but the front desk said that I was unlucky and there was nothing she could do. Later, thanks to a staff member who told me how to cancel the ticket, I found out that the front desk had to enter the license plate number. The method was wrong, so I went to the front desk to argue. The front desk was very arrogant. We were the front desk and we didn’t know how to enter the license plate number. It had nothing to do with us. I was so angry that I had a fight and felt unhappy. Isn't this discrimination? I checked out the next day and had some theory before going back. All in all, I felt very unhappy staying in this hotel.

This station is far from the city and the waiting time for public transportation is long. There is bus No. 12 at the station. The car can reach the hotel, but the waiting time at noon is very long, and there will be an hour interval. There are taxis at the entrance of the train station but they may not always be available. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the hotel. If you check out in the morning and go to the train station, it is best to take a taxi. The waiting time for the bus is long. Turn left from the hotel and turn left on the main road. There is a taxi stand at a small roundabout. There will be a bus waiting in the morning. Security checks are required at Spanish train stations, and knives and scissors are not allowed. You must arrive at the station in advance when taking a train in Spain.
