The Hotel is ideally located for exploring Segovia's tourist attractions. Although it's an older building, it's been renovated and the interior is quite nice.

The room's soundproofing wasn't ideal, and the breakfast selection was limited. The hotel's own parking lot wouldn't allow us to park there; the public parking lot, about 100 meters from the hotel, cost €25 per night. It's relatively close to the Alcázar Castle. It's about one kilometer from the aqueduct.

It was a very enjoyable trip. The hotel reception staff spoke fluent English, and breakfast was available. It's also very close to the attractions. A hotel worth staying at.

Good location, good reception, parking available (must drive around from the front of the hotel, but can take the elevator from the parking lot to the accommodation building) The only downside is that the bathroom has a pipe smell. I informed the staff and hoped that it would be improved and would be perfect.

Great location - nice reception - very good beds - clean - good breakfast - a bit noisy - we had two Spanish men in the next room - they apparently attacked each other at night - I went over and knocked on the door - one of the men managed to escape from the room - I called reception and told them - I don't know what they did - then it was quiet - the hotel can't do anything about that - but it was unpleasant for us - before you drive to the hotel there is a large free car park - surrounded by a wall - the friendly lady at reception pointed this out to us and also gave us the name for the sat nav.

The hotel is located in the old town of Segovia. It is in a good location. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to the cathedral, 7-8 minutes to the trough, and about 10 minutes to walk to the castle. It is quite convenient to have an underground garage.
