Lobby servicing staff is very nice and friendly. The room is not so clean with some weird wooden smells, and the toilet cleanliness can be improved, and the shower head is leaked.

It’s a last minute booking of the room. The room we get with the door broken, very difficult to close and lock. The room furnitures are old. The bedframe is dusty. The bedsheet and bath towel looks old and got stains on it. As we just stay one night and we reach the hotel late and need to get up early the next day, so only manage to let the hotel front desk know the next day. Overall stay in the hotel is not so good. Hope the hotel in charge person take good note and improve!

Overall, the hotel was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.
There was a dead grasshopper in the room, and a noticeable amount of dust in various corners, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The towels were in very poor condition — torn and quite dirty — which was disappointing.

There was a lizard in our room even though the windows were not able to open(first floor road-facing room). Cab drivers commented the location is a bit out of the way but it is quiet at night.

Nice friendly and helpful staff, yummy snacks. TV/ internet connection need to replace, screen at times don't show display. WC need to replace/ repair, water flow doesn’t stop after flush, after every flush need to adjust internal system to stop water from flowing
