Let’s start from the positive things. Position: it is few minutes distance from best amenities in the area. Size and cleanliness of the room. On the other side it doesn’t have the normal hotel standard: there is no hall, the reception is a couple of meters from the first breakfast table. Wi-fi doesn’t work well in all the areas (but not a big issue for us). Breakfast is a great weak point: first you are not free to have breakfast at your convenient time…you have to book a specific time slot; quality and variety of food is poor. Last chapter is the pool: small but new pool area, in theory a comfortable and nice area, but not with kids; it looks like pets are more welcome than kids…really unpleasant experience. All in all if you have to stop for a quick single night stay it can be ok, but not for longer!!!!

Collocato alla Selva di Fasano a 10 minuti in macchina dallo zoo e a 20 minuti in macchina dal mare (savelletri etc) è un hotel curato e funzionale. Il vantaggio è quello di essere in collina quindi al fresco e di poter scendere al mare. Bella la piscina a cui si accede pagando un piccolo extra. Colazione spartana ma con caffè non delle macchinette fai da te ma del bar. Stanze pulite arredamento essenziale. Peccato per i materassi che non sono il massimo e insonorizzazione non perfetta. Personale reception gentile e efficiente (Carlo). Parcheggio gratuito. Forse il meglio che si trova nella zona

Siamo stati per un week end per goderci l’esperienza dello zoo safari. Che dire, ottima ospitalità, prenotazioni avvenuta telefonicamente come anche il check in fatto on Line, veloce ed affidabile. Per ogni chiarimento sempre il pre vacanza è stato disponibile a telefono. Una volta giunti a destinazione io personale si è rivelato gentile e disponibile, consigliandoci ristoranti e come muoverci. Stanze pulite, letti comodi per cinque di noi. Un albergo che ci ha fornito una camera per 5. Economico, con piscina e una colazione abbondante con ogni tipo di scelta. Lo consiglio per un po’ di tempo a Fasano
