Overall is good. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom is clean, there is a bathtube and hot water. Complete and hygienic sanitation. Complete welcome drink. Spacious parking. The location is near tourist attractions and near the toll road. The relative price depends on the high or low season. The restaurant menu is varied. There is an outdoor swimming pool although it is small. The staff is friendly. It's just that calling to cs is difficult.

Dear Golden city Semarang. I hate to rate your hotel only one. but I hope my concern will bring your hotel better service. I book 3 rooms and check in 7 pm lastnight. after from long trip I was expect rooms are ready 100%. amenities at bathroom no complete.two socket next to bed did not work.and one of room AC did not work. why your team did not check before we check in. if rooms are OK or not. then 4 am in the morning electricity was down. till a hour we tried to call lobby. nobody was pick up. we were at 9th floor and outside other building electricity was okay. so what was happen. nobody there that we can ask what was going on. I had to call local police station to check. and then electrical was on again. hope next time. hotel management take attention on this un expected happen. at least have someone standbye on the telp to receive our call. thank you
