Perfect accomodation in the own class. Good location outside, but not far from the city center in the green area not far from the motorway M7. Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped room. Free private parking right next to the Hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice sorrounding. Recommend.

Very good accommodation with an excellent kitchen. One of the best kithens I have ever tried. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. The area is full of attractions. I kindly recommend this accommodation for several days.

Excellent and friendly service. We stayed with our son and our dog at the hotel on our way to Italy. We were delayed at the border crossing and got to the hotel at 03:00 in the morning. The receptionist was waiting for us, room was ready and (on our request) we had some sandwiches waiting for us. In the morning we had a very good hot breakfast. Overall staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Booked 2 rooms for 7 people. Called the hotel 2 hours before arrival to let them know we will be late because of traffic. When we arrived at 9pm the receptionist laughed at us saying that they had canceled our bookings 15 minutes ago and gave the suites to other guests because they could not process our credit card. It did not occur to them to wait 15 minutes for us to arrive so that we could resolve the issue. Talked to the 'owner' who was absolutely rude accusing us to have made a fraudulent transaction! I have never been degraded so much by anyone ever in my life! He basically kicked us out and we had to go and find another accommodation elsewhere. Will definitely escalate with ***********

I met this hotel / restaurant about 10 years ago and every time I stop here it is a pleasure! Its location is optimal, after a long journey there is the possibility to let the children play in the playground, a few steps away is a pond with a playground and a body building area where you can do physical activity! All cared for and well kept! The hotel is spotless, tastefully decorated, there are no noises! The restaurant has a varied and rich menu, not only Hungarian dishes but also special dishes, revisited! The only flaw is the poor relationship between the customers and the managers of the structure ... I have been going back for years, not so often but cmq they should at least greet the guests when they pass by. Here they feel unwelcoming and kind also because the structure is small it would need a bit of human warmth!

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, z pokojami wystarczającymi dla noclegu tranzytowego. Pozostałe aspekty zdecydowanie na minus. Obsługa tragiczna. Pan, który nas meldował nie miał pojęcia o naszym przyjeździe - chciał dać nam 2 osobowy pokój mimo, że mieliśmy opłacony 4 osobowy przez Booking. Meldowaliśmy się ok 22-23, o czym informowaliśmy hotel z kilkudniowym wyprzedzeniem. Hotel był opłacony z góry. Pan przy zameldowaniu poinformował, że konfiskuje dokument tożsamości na całą noc, a jeżeli się na to nie zgodzimy to mamy opuścić budynek. Chciałem zaznaczyć, że byliśmy z dwójką dzieci i niestety obsługa wprowadziła bardzo napiętą atmosferę. Spaliśmy na Węgrzech w innym Hotelu i dokumenty były kserowane ale nie konfiskowane. Dodatkowo zgadzam się z innymi podróżnymi, że śniadania bardzo ubogie (zero ciepłych dań, a o kawę trzeba było się prosić kelnerki).

Ein ganz tolles Hotel, dass ich sehr gerne weiterempfehle. Die Zimmer sind super, das Frühstücksbüffet hat alles, was es braucht. Aber am allerbesten sind die Menschen, die in diesem Hotel arbeiten. Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und die Hotelbesitzer sind unglaublich: so nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich wieder mal in der Gegend bin werde ich genau dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
