Nice big room. Silent place. Good restaurant abd cafe nearby. Have a kitchen. Didn't clean the room for all stay for 4 nights.

Great place to stay! Good value for money and location too. It was a short overnight stay prior to our Mabul Island trip. The place was cozy and helpful staff too!

Great for solo travelers. Just a place to come n rest for the night after a long day snorkeling. Have many things nearby like MCD. Be sure to call the hotel for arranging transportation if you are coming from Tawau airport.

The price/performance ratio is very good. You can get a four-person room for less than $1,000. You can also DIY your own coffee, toast and tea for free. The service staff are very friendly👍

The sink in the bathroom is clogged and rice grains are floating
Tell the counter there is instant treatment, but still the drain is very slow
The electric water heater is a bit faulty, the water in the shower is too small
