The hotel is located only few minutes walk from harbour and jettys.
Can boy food and drinks nearby.
Rooms are nice and clean.
We enjoyed the stay.

I stayed at this B&B in Semporna for 4 nights. It’s clean and comfortable, the price is affordable, and it’s very close to the sea pier. I can see that the owner is thoughtful in running the business. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It's basically clean. It's ten minutes away from the Ocean Visitor Center. There are KFC and small night markets nearby, where you can eat and drink. It's very cost-effective. It's suitable for island hopping and people who just come back to sleep at night.

The hotel is very well located, a few blocks from the port, near the bus station, the bank ATM, supermarkets, restaurants...
The service was good and friendly, the floor was cleaned several times a day.
My single room was clean and well equipped (towels, flip flops, soap, hair dryer, water heater, air conditioning…)
I would recommend it 100%!

The hotel is OK for a short stay, but nothing I would like for a 2 weeks vacation. The rooms are clean. We had two rooms for us 3 people - one room was bigger but without window, another was quite small, but with window. The location of the hotel is quite central, the only weird thing was that we wanted to order a Grab from this place in front and the drivers several times wanted to charge extra 20 MYR to pick up (despite in the application it was 10 MYR), so we walked a bit and ordered from there. I liked the staff at Memory Boutique, they were really friendly and helpful - unlike many other people we met on our trip in Semporna. In my room there was a quite strong smell (I guess someone smoked out of the window before), that was a bit annoying but I still could handle it. Bathroom was clean and looked nice. Overall good choice for a short stay in Semporna.
