The price/performance ratio is good and it's quite clean. Anyway, Semporna is just like that. The boss will indeed pick you up and drop you off. After the island hopping trip, I contacted the boss to pick up and drop off. Anyway, I only stayed for 2 nights.

This famous hotel is very convenient to reach on foot from the pier and the town. The owner will also arrange pick-up and drop-off when he is free. He is very helpful. Compared with hotels in the town, the room size is larger and the environment is not bad. In short, it is much better than similar hotels at this price and has good value for money.

Luna's boss and staff are very nice. You can ask the boss and staff to take you there by taking a taxi to buy a day trip. I feel that the Malaysians and Chinese bosses are good 👍. The two beauties at the front desk just don’t like making money. The refrigerator selling instant noodles has been empty for three days and has not been restocked. The boss also has many ways to upgrade and make money.

There are cars passing by at night on the roadside, but it's no problem. The boss was very nice and sent us to Semporna town for free.

The key point is that the owner of this B&B is Chinese and very enthusiastic. When he heard that we had left our mobile phones at dinner out, he immediately helped contact the restaurant and later helped to get the mobile phones back from the restaurant! Thank you very much to this Chinese boss! The room is average and the space is relatively spacious! There is a washing machine, which is more convenient! The lady at the reception can speak Chinese and communication is easy!

Clean basic accommodation. The staff speaks good Chinese. No toilet paper paper towels water provided. There is a small supermarket next to it. Can help book island hopping tours and other itineraries and airport drop-off (RM35 per person). GRAB is convenient. Remember to take off your shoes when entering.

I read reviews that the service is very attentive. The landlord will pick you up and drop you off after playing in the town. We didn't feel the enthusiasm. We didn't even meet the landlord. We all took taxis ourselves. Only one of the two sisters at the front desk can speak Chinese, and they can't speak Chinese. The girl was quite indifferent. She looked troublesome when asking for toilet paper or changing towels. She also refused to let them use the washing machine. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. The neighbor across the street made noise with their children until 1:30 and couldn't rest. We stayed for four nights. When we left, we were asked to check the room. We waited at the door. After checking, the deposit was refunded, and then we didn't even say goodbye. It was very cold and rude, and we took a taxi back and forth every day. It would be better to live in the town. Not recommended.
