It was a good stay..I arrived early and the receptionist checked that i can check in..its near the restaurant, jetty to the island..definitely will be coming back

The location of the hotel is very good, near the jetty for island hopping. And it is very near to all the restaurants in a shopping complex. The rooms need refurbishment but generally comfortable to stay after your day activities.

Quite Dirty and smelled really really bad.

It’s a good trip . The reception is good, when I have any questions, they will help me deal with it. And then the room is bigger than another hotel.

It's OK for a short stay. It's convenient to eat downstairs. There are simple Malay meals and seafood restaurants downstairs. It's about 500 meters to Semporna Pier. There is a small shop opposite the hotel that sells good juice.

A strategic place close to the mall.. The side and the back are still under development.. The price is reasonable.. It's easy to find food.. The staff is good.. You get what you pay for.. If you want luxury, look for something magnificent, spend more money. . Thank you

The room was nice, and toiletries and tea bags were changed every day. The water pressure was strong, so taking a shower was no problem at all. The room was quite big. I slept very comfortably without any noise. There was a seafood restaurant downstairs and I could pay with Alipay. The pier was just a short walk away. It was very convenient to go island hopping and the distance was very close.

The hotel also provided bags and disposable items including shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes, but no disposable slippers! Distance and price are the biggest advantages, very cost-effective, and the environment is not bad

The sheets were not clean, and there was water in the toilet, which might have just been cleaned, but there were many empty bottles on the shelf in the shower room. The room was quite large and very close to the pier, but the hygiene was worrying.
