From the warm welcome upon check-in, to her support for us after landing at the airport, recommendations for value-for-money restaurants, accompanying me to the clinic to get my medication after falling ill, to her thoughtful reminders upon check-out—every detail made it feel like being at a friend's home. For first-time visitors like us, having such a warm and knowledgeable owner around made our trip much more reassuring. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Semporna; staying here is not only comfortable, but also makes you feel like family. Most importantly, while water and electricity are at a premium in Semporna, our hotel provided unlimited hot water for showering every day, which was very comfortable.
