Mitsui Garden Hotel Sendai - Reopening on June 14

Great stay. Everything was great, self-check-in machine was very convenient and easy to use. I had actually left my luggage at the hotel before checking in. When I came back, my luggage was already waiting for me in my room. I was honestly so surprised by this service. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The room was compact, but the space was used very efficiently. There were two bottles of water provided, and there was storage space under the bed. The location isn’t very close to a JR station, but it’s surrounded by restaurants, and shopping street. I really loved this hotel and would definitely stay at a Mitsui hotel again!

Facilities were good , 10 mins walk from station. However, hygiene needs to be improved . Did not change my bed sheet at all during my 3 nights stay! Even though we put a sign to make up room everyda

Pleasant experience overall! The hotel was well-run with friendly staff and clean facilities. Convenient location and comfortable rooms. Good value for what we paid!

1 train stop away from Sendai station, else a 10min walk. 7/11 and MacDonald just right below the hotel. Hotel is newly renovated in June 2026 and comes with a public bath. Hence toilet is a little small.

Everything is good and especially the equipment is very user-friendly! Also, the room size is big enough to open your luggage !
