Lovely hotel, service is good. We stayed in garden chalet. The anniversary and fruit touch was so nice Daily cleaning. Staff are so kind and polite. It is a 4 star and is clean. There was a smell from the loo which was solved once we told housekeeping. The resort is showing its age but nevertheless decent. Only thing is doors do not seal so creepy crawlies are always in. We were not too fussed - some days only saw ants which was annoying but otherwise ok. The beach had no lifeguard so if you do go in it’s at own risk. We wouldn’t suggest this as waves are always high good for surfers. Amenities there is a mart walking distance and a spa. Not much else including food places you have to get a grab or drive. You get a free photoshoot which is really good as you get to keep a printed photo for free! Breakfast is decent nothing special. View of palm trees and beach is amazing.

It's one of the best spots on Lombok. Delicious food, nice and quick room service ready to solve all your problems. Nice sunsets and pools. Highly recommended

Very nice stay with good buffet breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the balconies offer a nice sea view even from the deluxe garden room. Hotel also offered a complimentary photo shoot which was a cherry on the cake.

This resort is very worth it for the money paid but the facility is a bit old and outdated. Great and friendly staff. Overall pretty solid choice and an amazing pick if you’re on a budget.

We were looking for a nice stay for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay.
The beach is black sand with a lot of rock at the low tide line so that is a consideration if you want to go in the water. I waded a bit at high tide, and there is a fair bit surf action, but most of my time was spent at poolside. It is in the middle of nowhere so if you want to go to town, it will require a taxi or some form of transport as Mataram is 30 minutes by car. I was not interested in renting a motorbike so taxi it was.
The food and staff were excellent and most staff were very good in English.

Located right beside Senggigi beach, the hotel is well equipped with restaurants, activities and a mini mart nearby. It was a highly relaxing and comfortable stay.
