Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel Manager and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Enjoy my stay at Hotel the Grang. Information was given very well, the hotel room was cozy and nice. Really recommend it if you are planning to come to Jeju, the hotel Manager and staff always greeted us once we came in and asked us about our day

Grand hotel lobby with a big sitting area. Jay and Bruce are always around to help us to valet the car and help us with any questions we may have. Rooms are very clean and most importantly beds and pillows are really very comfortable for a good night’s rest! Breakfast is fine for the price, to get your day started! Clean washers and dryers are also available for guests use for a small fee.

The hotel owner, Mr. Jay is handsome and welcoming our arrival.
Waited us to check in late night. Room is clean and bright.
Even gave us free umbrella during rainy days.

Jay（林先生） was really helpful, and it was especially beneficial that he speaks multiple languages. Receptionists were enthusiastic to give recommendations for food and hikes. We really appreciated Jay; he made the service 5/5.
Room has moist smell after not being in it for whole day but it’s not big deal.

Room was small but clean and neat. Unique layout of having the basin outside the bathroom. There are pros & cons of having such layout. There is a low hanging ball light fixture near the window. All 3 of my family members have accidently bumped into the light fitting when stading up from that corner of the bed. The ball light fixture was only abou 1.5m high from the floor, so anyone would easily be hit by the light. Do consider mounting it higher.

Very kind and helpful staff. Hotel well located in Seogwipo. You can get there very easily from Jeju airport with bus 600. Two beautiful Olle trail routes, 6 and 7, are nearby. Great place for a few days exploring of Jeju Island
