This is my first time to Jeju. I think this villa has done its bit to impress me and made me feel like returning soon. Perfect size for family holidays. They had generous amenities which made it very homely for me.

It is a quiet neighborhood, but it is close to the columnar joints and the port, and it is a quiet and scenic place. There is Bay Hill, which has excellent service and room condition. Don't hesitate and choose it! They also provide welcome tea and friendly room explanations.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The price was also very reasonable with the special price. I plan to visit again.

Three of us stayed in an ocean villa with a pool. The room was very spacious and the staff were very kind and comfortable! They spoke Japanese as well◎ I asked them to heat the pool water, and although the website said it was possible to do so for 1,100 yen, I was actually charged 110,000 won (about 11,500 yen in Japanese yen).

The hotel location and view are great and the staff are very friendly. Next time, I want to go to a place with a swimming pool with my family.

Suitable for adults who travel abroad and do not cause trouble to others. The hotel waiters speak English and Korean, but not Chinese. Don't expect to speak Chinese. The hotel service is good. You can park at the door of the villa by car. There are convenience stores around. The room is clean and large. Good soundproofing. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The hotel has its own restaurant Narnia, which serves Western food. Trip advisor rated Jeju as the best

Service: Very bad, discrimination against Chinese people. When we first checked in, we asked them to change the water temperature for the swimming pool but they didn't. They asked us to go out by car to buy snacks and let us go. We booked another room in the same hotel in the afternoon. They called us at 11am and asked us to check out and leave.

The hotel is quite remote and there are no other shopping places around. The room is very satisfactory. Drinking coffee on the balcony every morning is leisurely and romantic. It is also close to the beach.

The room was very good, but the environment was a bit remote. It was a bit difficult to see the sea on the lower floors.

The room smelled musty when I walked in. The kettle was broken after 6 changes. The toilet flushed by itself when I slept at night. It's not worth the price. The breakfast is also expensive.

Service: Maybe it’s because I checked in at night. For a hotel of this size, there is no concierge to help with luggage. However, the front desk was very nice when I went back to pick up the lost items after checking out during the day. Facilities: The hotel swimming pool is on the first floor. It is open-air. It is good for taking photos with the bar. The room layout is terrible. The swimming pool is average.

Here in Seogwipo, I live with my friends and their families. It’s nice. There are few people. There is also a famous barbecue restaurant nearby! !
