The location of this hotel is convenient for tourists coz It’s nearby Olle Market and 2 famous waterfalls scenic places. There are many restaurants and shopping stores around the area.
The receptionist is very polite and helpful to our needs. My family needed to check in an hour earlier so we were asked to pay 10000 Korean won (7.5 usd) and extra fee for my 9yo kid (15000 Korean Won = 11.2 usd) for extra ondol bed.
The hotel has washing machine, microwave and big fridge in each room. Guests just need to bring their own detergent soap when they need to wash clothes. However, the machine does not fully dry clothes after washing. So we needed to hang our clothes in the bathroom.
Money wise, it’s worth checking-in in this hotel.

Grand Family Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect location close to many restaurants, shops and Seogwipo Olle market. Very useful to have a washing machine + drying rack. Great stay!

Hotel is located near Olle Market and Cheonjiyeon Falls and lots of eateries. Bus stop is walking distance. Very convenient.

Great location next to the food street. Hotel room is clean and even has a full fridge and microwave. Toilet is clean.

The location is close to major attractions. You can go to many tourist attractions within a 20-minute walk. However, the hill is high, so it is a bit difficult to drag a suitcase.

The room is small. The reason why I booked this hotel is that there is a washing machine in the room, but you have to pay 300 won to use it. When you check in, you will be told that you have to pay for everything. The room is small and the air conditioner in the room cannot adjust the temperature by itself (central control). It is very hot. ! In the middle of winter, several of our friends were sweating in a room with a temperature of 27 degrees... I opened the window for ventilation and had to close the screen because mosquitoes were coming in and out, but the screen was broken and kept popping up and couldn't be fixed... so I still got two bites on my face. ! The only advantage is that the refrigerator is very large and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided are quite useful.

The hotel has a good location and good room facilities. It's convenient to go anywhere and there are many places to eat around. The port and Zhengfang Waterfall can be reached on foot. The transportation to climb Halla Mountain is also convenient.

There is a free massage machine in the lobby, and breakfast is available for 10,000 won if you make a reservation in advance. There is a washing machine, but there is no drying rack for easy drying. Other residence hotels have a built-in type, but that was disappointing.
