Jeju Hotel the M

Very good place. Huge room, clean, close to Seoguipo night market and other tour spots. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience at this hotel.  No towels in the room and the staff wouldn’t sort the problem even after an email to complain.  We were given hand towels smaller than the size of a pillow case and they were old and worn. However, towels were readily provided to people using the hotel pool (note: this pool was not included in the price of the stay - which is ludicrous) to swim cost an additional 10,000 per person extra! and the pool was very dirty.  When my daughter swam with her goggles she said there were a-lot of human hairs and random pieces of ‘stuff’ floating around. The rooms had no conditioner in the shower and the shampoo and body wash bottles had residue all around them - clearly not wiped down from the previous guest. There was a jug and two empty mugs in the room but no tea or coffee or milk.  The bed sheets were also torn in parts . Tried to get to meet manager to sort these issues but the staff kept telling me she was not available.  My emails were ignored. Staff were rude.  By far this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Really did enjoy our stay but refreshing stay was spoiled by having to pay for parking on leaving as no staff available until 7am and we had a flight to catch at 645am . Initially they responded quickly to our email to state they would reimburse us but once we sent all the information asked - they failed to respond or refund us- extremely disappointed!!!

Good place and good price. Rooms are clean and tidy and without any bugs( some hotel in jeju there are a lot bugs)

The hotel room is very old. Liveable, but do not expect too much of it.
