5-star perfection! The Shilla Jeju truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned luxury icon, exuding an effortless, quiet-luxury charm. The outdoor gardens are exceptional, featuring lush, layered greenery that opens up to stunning, unobstructed ocean views. The scenery is vast, picturesque, and breathtaking at every turn. The outdoor pool experience is fantastic, complete with live music performances in the evening. Listening to the tunes accompanied by the sea breeze takes the resort vibe to the maximum. The service is meticulous and attentive; the staff are professional and courteous, making the entire stay so comfortable. The buffet was a delightful surprise—an incredible variety of items with ultra-fresh ingredients and endless choices. This hotel nails that relaxed, luxurious resort atmosphere. With unbeatable views, it was easily the most satisfying stay of our Jeju trip. Highly recommended!

The hotel's public areas are stunning—it's like a huge park. Located right on Olle Trail Route 8, it's a cliffside hotel with easy access to Routes 7 and 6 as well. It's about 10 kilometers away, and calling an Uber is very convenient. Although the rooms are a bit small, they are very comfortable. Next time, I will definitely book a room with a terrace for an even better experience.

Our multi-generational family had a fantastic stay! I have to commend the hotel's pool – it's really well-zoned, and the kids could happily splash around all afternoon. The grounds are lush with greenery, and being so close to the sea, walks on the beach and playing in the sand were incredibly therapeutic. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and it was convenient for visiting attractions on the south side of the island. We absolutely loved the breakfast; it had a wide variety of delicious options. The relaxed pace of our trip, with both young and old enjoying themselves, was perfect for a slow-paced family vacation in Jeju.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Jeju Island! I'll definitely stay here again next time! The hotel is very quiet and has a resort-like feel, without the hustle and bustle of commercial areas like hotels on the east side or in the city center. You can walk to the beach from the hotel, and the buffet even provides drawing and coloring paper and pens for children.

This cliffside hotel is absolutely stunning! There's a little path that leads directly to the beach. The pool party at night was also really nice; there weren't many Chinese guests, mostly Koreans. The transportation is also super convenient, bus 600 takes you right to the hotel entrance.

A beautiful hotel with an excellent ambiance and sea views. It's quiet and comfortable. The breakfast and lunch were the highlight; both had a great variety and everything was delicious 😋. The two pool parties were super lively. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The service was exceptionally attentive, the front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, the evening queue had a lively atmosphere, the breakfast was good, and the room was very comfortable.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the Shilla Hotel, a South Korean chaebol hotel. The hotel and its surroundings, the room's color scheme, and hygiene are all excellent. The restaurant's breakfast buffet is rich and varied, especially the fruit, which is fresh. It would be even better if the flavors were more diverse. Most of the reception staff are quite polite, especially the young lady who checked me in on the first day. She was very kind and understanding, and I'd like to express my gratitude to her. The room service attendant seemed particularly shy and honest. The room cleaning staff, who appeared to be from other Southeast Asian countries, were also quite diligent and polite. In contrast, the service at the pool and buffet restaurant reception was a bit colder. Overall, for the same price, domestic hotels don't offer this level of refinement and experience, so I would still highly recommend it.

The environment here is excellent, with no musty smell as some online reviews suggested. The room had a faint, pleasant scent, and the facilities were well-maintained, feeling classic rather than old. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and patient. The food was exquisite; I had the best seafood noodles here.
