Seogwipo KAL Hotel

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is great. The ocean view rooms offer direct views of the sea and the large lawn. The room facilities are a bit dated, but it's a good choice for a vacation in Seogwipo. It's about an hour's taxi ride from the airport to the hotel, and there's also a small convenience store nearby, which is nice.

The room was clean and tidy, with a sea view right from the balcony. The large lawn outside the hotel is perfect for photos. The hotel is located right on Olle Trail Course 6, and you can reach Honeymoon House with a short walk from the entrance. It's a shame that the outdoor pool is only open from July to August; it was closed when I visited in early September. I'll have to come back again for that!

I'd give this a 4-star rating. We were traveling as a family with kids, and the outdoor pool was closed without any prior notice on the website, which was a bit disappointing for the children. We booked a Paler Suite for over a thousand, and the room genuinely felt like an old budget hotel from the early 2000s in China. It was very old and dated; even the bath towels were worse than those in a public bathhouse. The worst part, and a heads-up for fellow Chinese travelers, is to avoid rooms with air conditioning on the left side. The noise was unbearable; sleep was impossible. On the positive side, the hotel has a beautiful outdoor view, and the room cleaning was quite good. It might be acceptable if the price were around 300-400.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is superb, offering stunning oceanfront views. Olle Trail Route 6 is right outside the door, perfect for a sunset stroll by the sea – an amazing experience. Although the hotel is older, the rooms are still in good condition and don't feel dated. The lawn outside is beautiful, and the hotel environment is excellent overall.

The environment is absolutely stunning! The ocean view room offers an incredible vista, with a huge lawn and swimming pool downstairs where K-Pop music is playing... It's an old-school five-star hotel, and the service is excellent too. The only minor downside is that the bathroom facilities are a bit dated, but honestly, for that amazing view, it's totally acceptable.

Facilities: Quite ordinary. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: Very good, typical of a resort hotel. There's an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a large lawn, a beach, and forest trails. It's on Olle Trail Route 7. Service: Decent. Recommended.

The room was pretty standard, nothing special (see the last two photos), but the hotel's views were absolutely stunning. It's conveniently located at the last stop of bus 600, and it's a direct 1.5-hour ride from the airport.

Although a bit old, it's clean and comfortable. The exterior is beautiful, and the hotel service is excellent. I wish I had stayed an extra day to take more photos of the hotel. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning.

This hotel is a hidden gem, perfect for those who appreciate understated luxury. I absolutely loved it! The lush greenery and excellent facilities make it ideal for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely be back!
