Excellent 5 star service and location. Staff is very helpful and many facilities to use.

The hotel location was excellent — there were so many restaurants nearby, and the Hyundai Department Store being less than a 5-minute walk away was a huge plus. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. They also greeted us warmly every time we entered the hotel. The hotel has a great fitness center and a swimming pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool during this visit. I’m already planning to stay at this hotel again this fall. I absolutely loved the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Korea.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. There were a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area and plenty of places to relax. It was also very close to the elevator for the subway which made traveling with a toddler very convenient. We loved our stay here!

An outstanding stay! Gravity Pangyo sets a high standard for 4-star hotels. The property is immaculately clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the gym facilities are well-maintained. The location is perfect, and the service from the staff made me feel right at home. I genuinely couldn't ask for more. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a perfect stay!

Perfectly suited for a short business layover. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.

Great location. One of the better gyms I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much service for me to comment on but they were prompt when requesting for water and towels via the app. One odd encounter was to get a letter or msg that they need to charge my card due to high bill. The amount was less than US$400 🤔. We were staying here for 15 days and already prepaid the rooms.
