Nice hotel, but location is a little distant from restaurants, public transport.

The room was very clean, so overall it was a good stay. It's a hotel-style apartment with a washing machine and stove, great for longer stays. However, I couldn't find any seasonings or laundry detergent, so you'll need to buy those yourself.

I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for about a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The suite was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a longer stay. One thing to note: the bathtub is quite deep, which might be a challenge for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Breakfast: a good mix of Western and Korean options, all well-prepared and tasty. The coffee, in particular, was excellent — probably the best I’ve had at a hotel. Reception staff were polite(mostly... except the one male reception who deline on advice...) If you plan visit downtown in Seoul it might be quite far. Would recommend for families or longer stays, just keep the bathroom design in mind depending on your needs.

The hotel is located 2.5 km from the nearest subway station and restaurants, making it less convenient for sightseeing. If your focus is exploring the city, I’d recommend choosing a hotel closer to the center. However, for business purposes, it’s a suitable option. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, which adds to the overall experience.

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. Extremely clean and tidy rooms with all necessary facilities. Room was very spacious with a workstation for home office. Enjoyed our stay. Location is a bit far from city centre. May not be great for travellers who wants to stay near the city centre.

Nice and clean with good breakfasts

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

Friendly staffs, clean, and comfortable

Amazing stay, everything was clean and professional. Great amenities, gym was beyond expectations. Had all the equipment you need for a great workout. Decent location and free parking if you have a car. Highly recommend.

Good condition and nice

Purpose of Trip: Family relaxation before the holiday season. General Atmosphere: Perhaps because it was the holiday season, it was crowded and bustling. I heard it was especially full two days before the ***** New Year holiday. Perhaps that's why both breakfast and the pool were packed. I imagine many families came for the holiday to relax. Swimming Pool: They divide the pool into morning, afternoon, evening, and nighttime hours, with only one time slot per night. This makes sense, as I felt it would otherwise be overcrowded. The pool has three lanes and two small jacuzzis. Lane 1 is for members only. There's a shower room, a bathroom, and lockers inside. Overall, it felt a bit cramped, and I wasn't able to take photos. The jacuzzi water quality seemed a bit poor, perhaps due to its small size. The pool water was a bit cold. It was too cold to swim for long. Meals: We had breakfast and in-room dining. The breakfast had a variety of options and was generally satisfactory. The hotel tried to accommodate the large number of guests by providing a cafe next door, but it was still crowded, and people seemed to line up after 8 p.m. The line continued until 10 p.m. The room service was also clean and delicious. Room: The bed was comfortable and clean. Apparently, twin bedrooms are only available on the 4th floor. As a residence, simple cooking was possible, and there was a microwave and washing machine available. However, there was a problem with the washing machine. While I was washing my swimsuit, water overflowed onto the floor of the room, creating a sea of ​​water. The facilities staff came and explained that the bottom of the washing machine seemed to be partially closed. Fortunately, the housekeeper quickly removed the water with towels and wiped it up. I notified the front desk, but they couldn't change me to a different room because it was full. It's a bit puzzling that no other hotel staff came to check in or mentioned anything at checkout. However, I took pride in the fact that the room was cleaned and checked out the next day. Overall: While it's nice to have a decent hotel close to home, I think it's better to travel further afield from now on.

A 4-night, 5-day staycation with a 5-month-old baby. We had a wonderful time without any inconveniences!
