Sunbee Hotel Insadong Seoul Reviews

Love the location, away from the main road but close enough to supermarket, convenience store, and Insadong art streets which you can find plenty of good Korean restaurants and tea house that the local Korean normally go. About 8min walk to the nearest metro. Nice coffee shops just around the corner. Room is very spacious and can accommodate up to 4 people without feeling crowded. Separate toilet and bathroom. Highly recommend for family with kids.

Very good hotel centrally located between the 2 big palaces and Bukchon village. Pros: Double windows. Very quiet room. Double doors. Hot water. VG water pressure. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Polite staff. Many bathroom toiletries. Cons: No shower curtain. Next time in Seoul, I would definitely return to Sunbee Hotel.

The hotel benefits from a location which facilitated our visits, however, we encountered some inconveniences regarding accommodation. The price of the room seemed high to us considering its rather small surface area, which was a bit tight for a family of four, including an 85-year-old. Although the large bed was comfortable, the addition of a futon to the floor for two adults was not ideal. We asked to change rooms as we would have preferred more suitable sleeping options. The manager was kind enough to place us in a room with an extra single bed but the fourth person had no other solution than to stay on the mattress on the floor. In short, although the hotel has advantages, it would be beneficial to review certain aspects, in particular the layout of rooms for families. ---

This room is spacious for a family of four. It was comfortable to have a sit-down table. The bathroom and restroom were both clean and I stayed comfortably like at home.

You can use three stations and it's within walking distance to Myeong-dong if you try hard. We also have staff who can speak Japanese. Even the staff who cannot speak Japanese can speak English, and everyone is very kind. The rooms are large and clean, but the facilities are old. The dryer was an old one and didn't dry well.

The hotel is not big, and the front desk is very polite. The rooms are simple and clean, but they are a bit old, but it does not affect your stay. The aunt will come to clean them every day.
