The location is great, the front desk staff is friendly. I'm booked single room, the room is small but is okay for 1 person .

pros: good location, kindly allowed extended luggage storage, helpful concierge
cons: no security, accessible to public though convenient for food delivery. no full sized body towels, only hand towels. another guest wrongly requested cleaning for my room (no validation for requester’s room number?) and not only did staff enter my room without my consent while i’m away, they threw out my shopping bags with new things inside even though the bags were not placed in the bin, was not near the bin, and were still heavy with newly packaged products and tax receipts. the bags were soiled with garbage when i retrieved them. no compensation was offered

Room very dirty!
When I check in, have hair on the bed!
No change bedsheets I think.
And under the bed also got many rubbish there.

Nightmare, highly NOT recommended this hotel, terrible experience for me. No service at all. Sparkling leaking at the midnight my clothes and shoes all get wet, call them no answer until the police come informed us to leave the room immediately and spent the whole day to get another hotel. 😡😡😡
